Recent
Projects
Design and
installation of PLC controlled Glue Delivery System for carton
erector machines. This system needed to be integrated with
the existing control system and be operator adjustable through
an MMI panel. 4 units installed and 8 pending.
Installation of the
New Press Line for the Ashburton Guardian. The press
consists of 1 x 4 high stack unit, 1 x 3 high stack unit, UOP
with single unit, 3 x single units, in-feeds with turner bars
and 2 folders. This systems has 2 x 75hp drives with
single/parallel configuration, automatic clutching interfacing
the press controls, Robertson brake and damper supplies from
single parallel operation.
Design and
installation of the Control System for Page Marae's Skate
Load-Out Machine. This needed a manual alignment
capability that required the design and manufacture of some
high intensity LED's with collimating lenses to give alignment
points for the operator to work with, along with the PLC and
VSD systems for the automatic side of the operation.
Installation of the
Contrec fuel load-out system at the Gull Storage Depot with
the latest addition being the Butane Injection Control System.
This is all Class 1, Zone 1 Hazardous location wiring.
Design, manufacture
and installation of the control system on a portable
Barley Grass Processor for MSC Engineering. this is a
mobile system on a trailer unit driven with a 100-kva
generator.
